Payment methods

We offer the following payment methods. Just choose the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs are partially dependent on the selected payment method.

Prepayment

Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account:

Invoice

Only for authorities and companies registered in the commercial register after verification.

Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt of the goods without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a payment deadline is exceeded, liabilities are subject to interest at a rate of 8% points above the prime rate applicable at the time the contract was concluded. Cheques and bills of exchange shall only be accepted on account of performance and free of discount and charges. They shall only be deemed to be fulfilled after the countervalue has been credited to our account.

PayPal

Payments are to be made only to us.

The retention or set-off of counterclaims shall be excluded unless these claims have been legally established or are undisputed by WICOM Germany GmbH. The customer shall only be entitled to exercise his right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.

In case of default of payment on the part of the buyer, the entire remaining claim shall be due immediately. WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled to offset payments against the buyer's older debts first, despite the buyer's provisions to the contrary. If costs and interest have already been incurred due to default, WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled to credit the payment first to the costs, then to the interest and finally to the main performance.

If the above terms of payment are deviated from without justifiable reason, WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled at any time to optionally demand delivery concurrently against cash payment or provision of security. All outstanding claims including those for which WICOM Germany GmbH has accepted bills of exchange or for which payment by instalments has been agreed shall then become due immediately.
