Shipment terms
The offers made on our website and in catalogs are not binding. A purchase contract is only concluded when the acceptance of an order has been confirmed to the buyer by us in writing.
1. Delivery conditions
- In Germany and the European Union, we charge shipping costs of 15,90€. For shipments within Switzerland, we charge 19,- CHF.
- For the shipment of solvents, we charge a dangerous goods surcharge of 12,50€.
- We do not ship all products to all countries. For customers outside Germany, it must be requested whether we deliver the product in question to your country.
- For an order under 75€ we charge a minimum order surcharge of 25€.
2. Terms of use
We sell and offer our products exclusively to commercial customers. Basically, the sale to private customers is excluded. With new customers a trade proof must be furnished.
3. Pricing and content
- Contents and prices are non-binding information. We are always trying to keep content and prices up to date and maintain this regularly. Errors cannot be excluded, we reserve the right to make any errors.
- A contract of sale is not concluded until the acceptance of an order by us, the buyer has been confirmed in writing.
- The prices shown are net prices plus the statutory value added tax.
4. Method of payment
We offer the following payment methods. Just choose the payment method that suits you best. The shipping costs are partially dependent on the selected payment method.
Prepayment
Please transfer the total amount of your order to our account:
Invoice
Only for authorities and companies registered in the commercial register after verification.
Invoices are payable immediately upon receipt of the goods without deduction, unless otherwise agreed in writing. If a payment deadline is exceeded, liabilities are subject to interest at a rate of 8% points above the prime rate applicable at the time the contract was concluded. Checks and bills of exchange shall only be accepted on account of performance and free of discount and charges. They shall only be deemed to be fulfilled after the countervalue has been credited to our account.
PayPal
Payments are to be made only to us.
The retention or set-off of counterclaims shall be excluded unless these claims have been legally established or are undisputed by WICOM Germany GmbH. The customer shall only be entitled to exercise his right of retention insofar as his counterclaim is based on the same contractual relationship.
In case of default of payment on the part of the buyer, the entire remaining claim shall be due immediately. WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled to offset payments against the buyer's older debts first, despite the buyer's provisions to the contrary. If costs and interest have already been incurred due to default, WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled to credit the payment first to the costs, then to the interest and finally to the main performance.
If the above terms of payment are deviated from without justifiable reason, WICOM Germany GmbH shall be entitled at any time to optionally demand delivery concurrently against cash payment or provision of security. All outstanding claims including those for which WICOM Germany GmbH has accepted bills of exchange or for which payment by instalments has been agreed shall then become due immediately.

You can also conveniently pay by credit card.
Terms of return
A return without prior contact with WICOM is excluded. The return of goods from all manufacturers is not possible in principle, unless defects can be identified which are the fault of the manufacturer. In this case, however, a return can only take place after approval and agreement with WICOM. A return of our own WICOM products is subject to a 20% restocking fee of the list price of the returned product. This return is also only possible if the WICOM products are in their original packaging and unopened. This procedure also only takes place after consultation and approval by WICOM.
